He plans to make the cart, saying, "I am going to build in an extension cord with an outlet, and decided that the cart will be useful for carrying a yard waste bag and tools when trimming the shrubbery. The idea of using it as a utility cart will mean adding slots to carry the electric hedge trimmer, rake, and broom…" That's a fantastic hack, Mike.
